The PNG Hunters team is a team owned by the PNGRFL that participates in the Queensland Cup – a statewide second-tier competition in Queensland, Australia.The Hunters played their first match on 2 March 2014 against the Redcliffe Dolphins in Redcliffe, Queensland, Australia.The PNG Hunters won their first premiership in 2017 under coach Michael Marum and captain Israel Eliab.
