The PNGRFL Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, governance and oversight for rugby league in Papua New Guinea.
Its structure brings together regional rugby league representation and independent professional expertise to support the long-term development and sustainability of the national game.
Sandis Tsaka serves as Chairman of the Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League and provides leadership to the Board in overseeing the strategic direction and governance of the national game.
He has extensive experience in rugby league administration and has played an important role in the continued development and strengthening of PNGRFL.
The Confederate Directors provide regional representation at Board level and connect the national governance structure with affiliated rugby league communities across Papua New Guinea’s four regions.
Non-Executive Directors bring independent professional, corporate and governance experience to the PNGRFL Board.
The Board governs and provides strategic oversight. The Chief Executive Officer and management team lead the day-to-day operations of PNGRFL and implement the organisation’s strategy.
