The Papua New Guinea Rugby Football League (PNGRFL) will hold its 7th Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Port Moresby on Saturday March 7, 2020 in Port Moresby.
PNGRFL Chairman Sandis Tsaka said 2020 AGM will be an election AGM and therefore the election of Chairman and four Confederate Directors are among the agenda items which include the 2019 PNGRFL Annual Reports, audited financials and Constitutional amendments.
He said a general meeting will be held after the AGM to discuss other rugby league matters.
Tsaka reminded eligible delegates that travel to and from the AGM and accommodation costs will be met by the PNGRFL.
“Subsistence and other costs are the responsibility of the delegates and their respective leagues,” the Chairman said.
He said those affiliated leagues that complied with the PNGRFL requirements, registrations and completed their season with grand finals are eligible to attend.
Tsaka said that only the Presidents or their nominated representatives from each eligible affiliated league will be allowed entry into the AGM.
The venue for the AGM on Saturday March 7, 2010 in Port Moresby will be made known when the final meeting notices are published next week.
